These terms govern your use of this website and the professional services offered by Hestia's Creations LLC ("Hestia's Creations," "we," "us"), a limited liability company based in Springfield, Oregon, United States. By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are and What We Sell

We are a software consultancy. We provide custom software development, systems consulting, and web design and development services. This website is informational — it describes our services and lets you contact us. Buying or browsing here does not by itself create a contract for work.

How Engagements Work

Each piece of work is governed by a separate written quote or statement of work that we agree with you before starting. That document sets out the scope, deliverables, price, and schedule, and it controls if anything in it differs from these general terms. No work begins, and no payment is taken, until you approve it.

Payment

Prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Invoices are due as stated in your quote or statement of work. For larger projects we may require a deposit before work begins. Late or unpaid invoices may pause work until resolved.

Refunds and Cancellation

You can cancel an engagement at any time, and our refund practices are set out in full on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your Work Product

Unless your statement of work says otherwise, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you once you have paid for them in full. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, and general know-how, and we may reuse general skills and experience gained while working with you.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to do the work you've hired us for.

Standards and Disclaimers

We perform our services professionally and with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, this website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you engage us apply to that engagement.
