Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hestia's Creations LLC sells custom professional services rather than off-the-shelf products. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, in plain terms.

Cancelling an Engagement

You may cancel an engagement at any time by emailing us atbusinessinquiry@hestiascreations.com. When you cancel, you are charged only for work performed up to the cancellation date, billed at the rate in your quote or statement of work. Any portion of a deposit or prepayment not yet earned through work performed is refunded to you.

Refunds

If you've paid in advance and we have not yet done the corresponding work, that amount is fully refundable. Where work is already complete and delivered as described in your statement of work, those fees are generally non-refundable, because the service has been provided.

If you believe a deliverable doesn't match what was agreed, contact us first — we'll work to correct it. We'd always rather fix the work than leave you with something that doesn't do the job.

How Refunds Are Issued

Email businessinquiry@hestiascreations.com with your invoice or project details to request a refund. We respond to refund requests within5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 10 business daysof approval; your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Subscriptions and Retainers

Ongoing maintenance retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We do not pro-rate a partial month, and we don't bill you again after you cancel. We do not sell any other subscriptions through this website.

Physical Goods

We don't sell or ship physical products, so returns and shipping policies do not apply.

Payment Disputes

If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — almost everything is faster to resolve directly. We aim to handle every concern fairly and promptly.
